Accommodations

(All courses)


「UNPLAN Village Hakuba 2」

(12840-1, Chikuni Oaza, Otani-mura, Kitaazumi-gun, Nagano, Japan)


Our staff will have separate accommodations within the facility, allowing you to rest assured and enabling us to provide prompt assistance if needed.


The rooms are Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami flooring.

We have planned for each room to accommodate 2 to 4 people using beds within the room.

  • Discount benefits (Multiple Plan Discount, Referral Discount) can be combined.
  • Payment is required in advance via bank transfer. Detailed information will be provided after your application is received.
  • Meeting point/time: Hakuba Station at 12:00 PM on the first day (transportation from Hakuba Station will be provided). Dispersal point/time: Hakuba Station at 15:00 PM on the final day.
  • For train travelers, please take the Azusa 5 train departing from Shinjuku at 8:00 AM and arriving at Hakuba at 11:42 AM. For the return trip, please use the Azusa 46 train departing from Hakuba at 15:16 PM and arriving at Shinjuku at 19:08 PM.
  • Please purchase your train tickets yourself. Early ticket purchases (30 to 20 days in advance) receive a 30% discount.
  • Our staff will be on the same train, car number 11, departing from Shinjuku.
  • Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions when applying.
  • Children who have difficulty cooperating with others (e.g., violent behavior) are kindly requested to refrain from participating.
  • Cancellation policy: 100% cancellation fee within 3 days, 50% cancellation fee within 7 days.
  • The camp will be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not reached. Notification will be sent the day after the deadline for each camp.
  • As a COVID-19 precaution, please refrain from participating if your child is feeling unwell or has had close contact with a confirmed case.
  • Children will share rooms. If you prefer to stay with a friend, please indicate it in the remarks section. However, please understand that room assignments may not always accommodate all requests due to room sizes.
  • We appreciate your cooperation in granting permission for the use of photographs

Experienced a working holiday in Australia and relocated to Hakuba four years ago.

Currently involved in managing UNPLAN Village Hakuba.

Born and raised in Hakuba.

Gained five years of experience in student camp operations at a company specializing in outdoor activities.Also runs a ski shop during the winter season.

I’m a 25-year-old Swedish University student currently working and traveling in Japan. I love Hakuba and it’s nature. Together we can swim in the cold water coming down from the mountains.
